A candy wheel is made to vend small loose candy, like skittles, mike and ikes, or even nuts. A candy wheel has two pieces, a brush plate, and an adjustable wheel. The adjustable wheel allows you to adjust the amount of candy dispensed. Before filling your machine, confirm that the wheel is properly aligned. The wheel has three openings and they should be at the 10 o&apos;clock, 2 o&apos; clock, and 6 o&apos;clock positions. To fill your machine, simply follow these steps: Step 1, remove the top lock by turning the lock counterclockwise until the lid is free and remove the lid, step 2, once you confirmed your wheel is properly aligned, simply pour the candy into the machine. Shown, is 3 pounds of runts and the machine has a capacity is 10 to 12 pounds of candy, step 3, place the lid on the machine and tighten the lock by turning clockwise. Do Not overtighten the lock. Then install the gumball brush plate.</li><li>Loosen the adjustment screw on top of the gumball wheel located next to each ball cavity. Turn the adjustment wheel to set the opening according to the product being vended. The springs on the gumball brush plate must face the coin mechanism/front of the vendor.</li></ol><p>Once the portion vends at the desired setting, finish filling the vendor with product, replace the lid, and install the lock.</p><p><strong>Note:</strong> Do not overtighten the lock. Once the globe assembly is removed, the coin mechanism can be lifted upward and removed.</p><h4 id="to-dismantle-the-coin-mechanism">To Dismantle the Coin Mechanism</h4><ol><li>Remove the center screw.</li><li>Remove the sprocket.</li><li>Remove the three mounting screws.</li><li>Pull the back plate away from the face plate.</li><li>Remove the jammed coin.</li><li>Replace all parts in reverse order.</li></ol><p><strong>Note:</strong> The coin mechanism exploded view illustration is for adjustment and maintenance only. A snug fit is sufficient.</p><h2 id="rhino-monster-cast-iron-stand">Rhino Monster Cast Iron Stand</h2><p>The Rhino Monster Cast Iron Stand consists of three main parts: the base, threaded pipe, and threaded flange.</p><h3 id="single-mount-instructions">Single Mount Instructions</h3><ol><li>Place the threaded pipe into the threaded opening on the pedestal base and tighten.</li><li>Place the threaded flange onto the threaded pipe, flat side up.</li><li>Secure the pedestal base and tighten the threaded flange by turning it clockwise.</li><li>Unscrew the lock, remove the metal lid, lift the top assembly off the bottom assembly, and remove the coin mechanism. The bottom base is now exposed for mounting.</li><li>Align the holes in the vendor base with the large holes in the threaded flange.<br><strong>Note:</strong> The front of the base has a notch for the product chute.</li><li>Insert two bolts from the threaded flange through the base.<br><img src="https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-xun5w23utl/product_images/uploaded_images/image-006.jpg" alt="Heavy duty cast iron stand mounting" style="max-width: 100%; height: auto;" class="fr-fic fr-dii"></li><li>Apply washers and nuts, then tighten.</li><li>Reassemble the vendor.</li></ol><p><strong>Important:</strong> Do not overtighten.
