Changing Wheels or Wheel Settings
- Unlock and open the globe lid by unscrewing the lock.
- Remove the two side bolts holding the globe to the hopper.
- Remove the candy brush plate from the hopper.
- Lift the adjuster plate and move it to the desired wheel setting notch. Notch #1, the far-left notch, is for the smallest vends. Notch #6 is for the largest vends. The adjuster plate may be removed completely when vending larger products, such as peanut M&M's.

- For gumballs, capsules, or bouncy balls, use the gumball wheel and brush plate. Install the riser first, making sure the opening of the riser faces the front of the vendor. Next, install the gumball wheel so one of the vending holes is positioned over the opening in the riser. Then install the gumball brush plate.
- Loosen the adjustment screw on top of the gumball wheel located next to each ball cavity. Turn the adjustment wheel to set the opening according to the product being vended. The springs on the gumball brush plate must face the coin mechanism/front of the vendor.
Once the portion vends at the desired setting, finish filling the vendor with product, replace the lid, and install the lock.
Note: Do not overtighten the lock. A snug fit is sufficient.

Coin Mechanism
The coin mechanism can be removed by removing the globe lid and lifting off the globe assembly. Once the globe assembly is removed, the coin mechanism can be lifted upward and removed.
To Dismantle the Coin Mechanism
- Remove the center screw.
- Remove the sprocket.
- Remove the three mounting screws.
- Pull the back plate away from the face plate.
- Remove the jammed coin.
- Replace all parts in reverse order.
Note: The coin mechanism exploded view illustration is for adjustment and maintenance only. Coin mechanism parts are not sold separately.
To Retrieve Coins from the Base
- Unlock and open the globe lid by unscrewing the lock. The globe lid rests on the globe.
- Lift the globe assembly and set it aside on a secure surface.
- Retrieve the coin from the base.
- Replace the globe assembly.
- Replace and tighten the lock.
Note: Do not overtighten the lock. A snug fit is sufficient.
Rhino Monster Cast Iron Stand
The Rhino Monster Cast Iron Stand consists of three main parts: the base, threaded pipe, and threaded flange.
Single Mount Instructions
- Place the threaded pipe into the threaded opening on the pedestal base and tighten.
- Place the threaded flange onto the threaded pipe, flat side up.
- Secure the pedestal base and tighten the threaded flange by turning it clockwise.
- Unscrew the lock, remove the metal lid, lift the top assembly off the bottom assembly, and remove the coin mechanism. The bottom base is now exposed for mounting.
- Align the holes in the vendor base with the large holes in the threaded flange.
Note: The front of the base has a notch for the product chute. - Insert two bolts from the threaded flange through the base.
- Apply washers and nuts, then tighten.
- Reassemble the vendor.
Important: Do not overtighten. Overtightening can damage the base.
Double Mount Instructions
- Complete the single mount setup steps above.
- Place the large double bracket on top and align the large holes in the threaded flange with the holes in the large double bracket.
- Insert the bolts as shown in the mounting diagram.
- Disassemble both vendors to free the bases.
- Align the front and rear holes in each base with the outer holes in the large double bracket.
Note: The front of each base has a notch for the product chute. - Insert two bolts per vendor downward from the large double bracket.
- Apply washers and nuts, then tighten.
- Reassemble the vendors.
Important: Do not overtighten. Overtightening can crack the base and void the warranty.
